For me, art and science are two sides of the same coin. They are both about imagining alternative (better) realities and finding ways to shape these. Eliminating one, means eliminating the other. Even generative AI art is nothing without human imagination. Just look at some of the AI art generators. They create based on human imagination. Whether it's a text prompt, or the styles used as input to teach the algorithm. No human imagination, no AI (art).
